What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay.

How fast is it?

Typically between 20-50 Mbps, this can vary due to factors outside of our control. If you have a Shared account, this bandwidth is shared amongst all users.

For the Dedicated account we use dedicated 4G modems, dedicated SIM cards and dedicated proxy instances per account you're not restricted or contended by other users on the same hardware.

How frequently can I change the IP address?

With the Dedicated account, you can execute an IP change every 180+ seconds.

The Shared account will change the IP address on a random interval every 1 - 6 hours, you cannot execute a manual IP change with the Shared account.

How many IP addresses per day?

Dedicated account: In our tests 450+ IP addresses per day are achievable, when executing a 'Change IP' every 180 seconds. This does not mean all IP addresses will be unique. On average, around 100+ unique IP addresses are seen per day.

Shared account: IP will change every 1 - 6 hours, on a random interval.

How big is the IP pool?

We do not maintain the IP pool. Vodafone does.

We rent you access to a 1 x dedicated or 1 x shared 4G modem, per account. There is a limit to how many unique IP addresses are obtainable, with access to 1 modem.

Is there an API?

For Dedicated accounts, yes. The IP address can be changed, or the 4G modem restarted, by using an HTTP call - or CLI tools such as cURL or HTTPie.

How long does it take to change IP? Restart modem?

For Dedicated accounts:

Change IP will toggle/cycle the data connection until the IP address changes, always remaining on 4G for maximum speed and the lowest latency, this takes around 10 seconds per attempt.

A Modem Restart takes around 60 seconds to complete.

Is there a data limit?

For Dedicated accounts, no. We only deploy unlimited data mobile SIM cards.

For Shared accounts, a fair usage applies. It is not reasonable, nor fair, for you to use all resources, constantly, on a Shared account.

What proxy types do you support?

We support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on different ports.

Is the proxy authenticated by username/password? Or IP?

Username and Password. IP address can be considered in special cases, providing you have a static IP address and are willing to commit to 3 month or longer subscription.

How many users, threads, connections do your proxy servers support?

The proxy servers are configured to handle 1000 connections/threads per proxy port, however it is probably not reasonable to continuously use that amount of connections without seeing IP blocks occurring.

Is OpenVPN supported?

Yes, on the Dedicated accounts only.

Are UDP services supported?

Yes, on the Dedicated accounts only and only when using OpenVPN.

Do you restrict sites the proxy can be used on?

No. Any mobile network site restrictions are always disabled, where possible.

Do you provide bulk discounts?

Contact us with your requirements and we'll see what we can do.

What are your refunds terms?

If you have not connected to the service, at all, you may request a refund for any reason within 24 hours of ordering.

We believe the description of our services listed on this website, and the associated FAQ below, is true, fair and current.  If it is not, you may request a refund within 24 hours of ordering.

You are encouraged to read through the below and ask us any questions before you order, if you request a refund for something that is accurately reflected on our website and the associated service descriptions your refund request will be refused.

If you do not wish to commit to a 1 Month period, then please purchase the 1 Week/Trial account - if you then wish to extend, providing you contact us before the 1 Week account expires, we can/will deduct that from the monthly price.
